Use the Jockey Wheel Helper if your existing jockey wheel only have one rubber wheel or double Jockey Wheel Helper if two rubber wheels, the spigot size is 34mm which slides into the bottom of your existing jockey wheel. If your jockey wheel has a 25mm or 44mm hole you would also need the 25mm 0r 44mm bush sold separately.
